Refund and Cancellation Policy


Neurvate provides services, not physical products.


Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Work begins after the diagnostic call and delivery of the scope document.


Monthly Retainers

Retainers are paid in advance and non-refundable for completed billing periods.


Project Work

Unused phases may be refunded at Neurvate discretion if a project is cancelled early.


Failed Deliverables

If Neurvate cannot deliver an agreed core workflow, a partial refund or credit may be issued.
